TROUBLESHOOTING HOTMAIL NOT SYNCING WITH DEVICES

1. For Windows: Repair the Microsoft Client
Open the Microsoft Outlook application and click on the File tab. From the info section, click on the Account Settings option.
In the Account Settings window, select the Hotmail email account which is not getting synced, and click on the Repair option.
After this, the Repair Account window will be displayed on the screen. Go to the Settings field and click on Next.
Immediately, Outlook will start the Repair Account process which might take some time to get fixed completely.

3. For iOS: Change the mail to sync
Most of the syncing issues on iOS occur due to improper time synchronization settings. For that, you need to reset it normally by:
Click on Settings and go to the Password and Account option.
Tap on the Hotmail Account option and tap on Mail Days to Sync.
Choose the No Limit option and click on Back.
